Job Description

Responsibilities

Campaign Development and Management: Design, implement, and manage targeted marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and drive growth in the Infrastructure segment.
Campaign Development and Management: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results and maximize impact.
Annual Marketing Planning: Develop and execute annual marketing plans with a strong emphasis on digital marketing strategies specifically for the Infrastructure segment.
Annual Marketing Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals and segment-specific initiatives.
Growth Strategy Development: Identify market opportunities and trends within the Infrastructure segment to inform strategic marketing initiatives.
Growth Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance market penetration and drive revenue growth in the Infrastructure sector.
Communication Skills: Create compelling marketing content, including written materials, presentations, and digital assets that resonate with the Infrastructure audience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred but not required.
6-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on segment marketing and digital strategies, preferably within the coatings or infrastructure industries.
Proven track record of successful campaign development and management, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth in key segments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
Ability to travel globally.
