Job Description

Responsibilities

Design visually engaging content aligned with 180 Degrees’ brand identity.
Collaborate with the social content team to create compelling copy for social media channels.
Brainstorm, pitch, and execute innovative campaigns for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and newsletters.
Identify individuals, charities, or organizations for content collaborations and collect inputs (testimonials, interviews, etc.).
Transform content into polished outputs for social media, website, and newsletters.

Requirements

Commitment: 7–10 hours per week | Minimum 12 months
Mandatory: Creativity, tenacity, confidence in feedback and iteration, strong organizational skills, adaptability, clear communication, and proficiency with Canva or Piktochart.
Desired: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, proactive team-player mentality, and familiarity with a globally distributed virtual team.
