Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and content initiatives
- Assist with webinar and webcast programs, including promotional materials, reporting, and follow-up activities
- Provide PowerPoint and presentation support for Marketing and Creative Design projects
- Maintain and improve training manual for future co-op onboarding
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Maintain and update standard marketing materials
- Provide administrative and project support to the Global Campaigns & Content team
- Perform additional duties as needed
Requirements
- Successful candidates will have an interest in marketing, communications, business, finance, or design
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in digital marketing, content management, and analytics
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a collaborative team environment
