Job Description
This entry-level role provides flexible support wherever needed across a warehouse operation.
Hands-on Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, sorting, stocking, picking, or packing
- Move inventory safely between work areas
- Keep work zones clean and organized
- Follow daily assignments and communicate with onsite leadership
This is an on-site position. The work is performed in a store, stockroom, warehouse, distribution center, production facility, or similar physical work environment, with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, coworkers, supervisors, drivers, or other onsite teams as applicable.
What we value: A strong entry-level candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet, able to communicate clearly with others, attentive to accuracy and safety, and willing to learn established procedures. Prior experience is helpful but is not required for many roles when employer training is provided.
