Responsibilities

Develop and own comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business unit growth objectives
Identify target segments, industries, buyer personas, and whitespace opportunities through market analysis and customer insights
Define differentiated product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions to create competitive advantages
Establish measurable annual and quarterly marketing objectives linked to pipeline contribution and revenue impact
Serve as the voice of the market within the business unit, influencing product roadmap and go-to-market strategies
Design and oversee multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified pipeline
Partner with sales to align marketing initiatives with account priorities and pipeline targets
Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, and revenue attribution to optimize marketing efforts
Allocate marketing budget based on ROI and performance analytics
Develop and deploy messaging across various channels including social media, website, and outbound communications

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in industrial or technical markets
Proven track record of developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive revenue growth
Strong business acumen with the ability to act as a strategic partner to sales and product teams
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within complex, matrixed organizations
Deep understanding of demand generation, product marketing, and go-to-market strategies
Ability to translate technical product features into clear market value propositions
Proficiency in analyzing marketing and CRM performance data
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 25-50%
