The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for hospitality being a great support to the General Managers *Shift Managers: *We are seeking experienced shift managers The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant management . *Responsibilities* * Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve operational goals * Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including food preparation, kitchen management, and food safety compliance * Manage staff scheduling, training, development, and performance evaluations to build a skilled and motivated team * Monitor inventory control processes to minimize waste and ensure proper stock levels using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS * Ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and health regulations across all departments * Handle cash management duties including cash handling procedures, daily reconciliations, and POS transactions * Drive sales growth by implementing marketing initiatives, optimizing menu offerings, and enhancing the overall guest experience * Conduct regular performance reviews for shift managers and assistant managers to promote continuous improvement * Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that aligns with brand standards and hospitality best practices *Qualifications* * Proven management experience within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments * Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety protocols * Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling is essential * Strong leadership skills with prior supervising or team management experience in the food industry * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence * Ability to train staff effectively in food production, safety standards, and service procedures * Experience managing inventory control, budgeting, and food cost analysis * Background in culinary arts or kitchen management is highly desirable; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus * Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and develop talent through training & development programs * Knowledge of food industry regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and hospitality management Join our team where your leadership will inspire excellence!
