Job Description

Responsibilities

Own and optimize cross-property gaming events from planning to on-site execution, aligning with brand standards and calendar.
Collaborate with CRM, Loyalty, and BI to measure event impact on player acquisition and retention and translate results into improvements.
Lead relationships between BetMGM (MI), Borgata Online (NJ) and MGM properties, ensuring timely communications and compliant, on-brand activations.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in gaming, marketing, event management, hospitality, or related industry with ownership of live event execution.
Willingness to travel regularly to east coast MGM properties for planning, oversight, and on-site events, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license in applicable jurisdictions as a condition of hire.
Strong organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple large-scale initiatives across regions.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of online and land-based casino operations is preferred.
Familiarity with regional MGM Resorts properties and BetMGM’s product ecosystem is preferred.
