Team Overview

Our investment product group manages the end-to-end lifecycle of our strategic offerings across the Alternatives Investment Platform. The team is responsible for shepherding investment vehicles from initial ideation and market positioning through to structural rollout and ongoing portfolio optimization.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive the expansion and commercial success of our alternative investment platform. In this role, you will analyze market dynamics to engineer client-focused solutions, pioneer new fund structures, and shape the go-to-market strategy for our Alternatives business line. The primary focus of this position will be spearheading the creation and rollout of funds across real estate, private credit, infrastructure, and liquid real assets.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, structuring, and launch of new alternative investment vehicles in the US, expertly navigating all internal governance and external regulatory approval workflows.
• Build comprehensive business cases for novel investment vehicles or fund modifications by identifying market gaps and leveraging structural innovations within private credit, real estate, and infrastructure.
• Monitor the competitive landscape continuously, staying ahead of evolving regulatory frameworks, competitor launches, and macroeconomic trends impacting alternative asset classes.
• Partner seamlessly with global stakeholders—including Portfolio Management, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Operations, Risk, ESG, and Distribution teams—to establish target demographics, fee models, and optimal fund structures.
• Serve as the definitive subject matter expert and central point of contact for all alternative products distributed within the US market.
• Oversee the development pipeline for US-focused initiatives, ensuring global projects remain on schedule and providing regular status reports to senior leadership.
• Draft critical project documentation, maintain internal tracking databases, and drive various ad-hoc initiatives related to broader product strategy.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• Deep functional knowledge of alternative investments, specifically encompassing private real estate, infrastructure, and private credit.
• Proven track record in the design and implementation of complex alternative vehicles tailored for both institutional and wealth/retail channels. Must have hands-on experience with structures such as REITs, Tender Offer/Interval Funds, and AIFs.
• A strong foundational understanding of the legal and tax implications associated with alternative fund structuring is highly preferred.
• Exceptional execution capabilities with a demonstrated history of driving complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives to completion in a high-velocity environment.
