Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full Stack Developer based in Canton, OH, with opportunities for remote work on select days. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications. Daily tasks include collaborative software development, debugging, implementing responsive design using modern technologies like CSS, and optimizing performance to deliver high-quality user experiences. The role requires active problem-solving, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a passion for scalable and responsive software solutions. Qualifications Expertise in both Front-End and Back-End Development, including integrating APIs and databases Proficiency in Full-Stack Development and Software Development best practices Hands-on experience with Front-End tools such as HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) Strong understanding of software testing, debugging, and performance optimization Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment and meet deadlines with efficiency Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience with modern development frameworks and tools such as React, Angular, or Node.js is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
