Job Description

About This Position
As Full Stack Developer, you are expected to understand the goals of our clients and build interactive experiences, such as landing pages, websites and web apps across a multitude of platforms and technologies to meet those goals.
Responsibilities
  • Have advanced problem-solving skills to solve client website issues
  • Work in a collaborative team environment to understand a clients’ goals
  • Ability to create functional, creative and user-friendly webpages, executing front and back-end development solutions as needed
  • Convey what the client is trying to communicate to the end user
  • Review coding work for accuracy and functionality
  • Create platformed websites (Drupal, Umbraco, Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Kentico, Umbraco)
  • Effectively collaborate with the team to develop solutions, solve problems and remove roadblocks to client success
  • Develop and debug custom solutions
  • Integrate and debug back-end data
  • Provide thought leadership in development team
  • Self-manage time against workload and capacity
  • Flourish in a focused, agile workflow
  • Assist with scoping projects as needed
Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with Design and UX/UI to develop websites and ensure a seamless user experience
  • Develop and maintain responsive websites
  • Implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS and JavaScript to create visually appealing and interactive experiences
  • Build server-side logic and databases to ensure functionality and performance
Skills & Requirements
  • Understanding of core tactics, including SEO, Digital Advertising, Marketing Automation, Social Media, Content Marketing, and how Development supports each
  • Have familiarity with platforms such as Drupal, Umbraco, Shopify, Wordpress, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Kentico, Umbraco
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Keep current with industry standards and trends in development, follow best practices
Experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of successful results in development
