Job Summary

Own and guide marketing transformation for Financial Services clients, focusing on strategy, operating model, and measurement with AI-enabled marketing in scope.

Lead transformations spanning strategy, operating model design, marketing operations, performance measurement, and forecasting.
Advise on ABM and multi-channel B2B/B2C/B2B2C models with onboarding, retention, cross-sell, and advisor enablement in Wealth & Asset Management, Banking, and Insurance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead marketing transformation engagements across strategy, operating model design, marketing operations, performance measurement, and marketing forecasting.
Advise Financial Services clients on B2B, B2C, and B2B2C marketing models, including ABM, customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, onboarding, cross-sell, advisor enablement, broker distribution, and embedded distribution strategies.
Bring leading-edge perspectives on Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI-powered personalization, agentic marketing, and modern measurement approaches.
Integrate AI-enabled marketing technologies into client solutions and internal delivery methodologies.
Manage engagement delivery, including quality, financial performance, and risk management.
Build and maintain trusted client relationships and identify opportunities to expand EY’s impact and value.
Coach and develop junior team members while contributing to thought leadership and proposal efforts.
