Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Office Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and clients. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up and preparing production materials and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of production supplies.
- Assist in operating and maintaining production machinery.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
Requirements
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front office or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
