  • Mastery of Emerging Tech: Advance your skills in GSAP, AI frameworks, and prompt engineering to stay at the forefront of the creative technologist field.
  • Proprietary Innovation: Prototype Epsilon’s next generation of advanced creative tools, keeping our agency ahead of the digital media revolution.
  • Operational Excellence: Automate workflows to increase team capacity and scale high-volume, data-driven experiences for global clients without sacrificing quality.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a vital bridge between 100+ designers and engineering partners, translating technical constraints into creative wins.
  • Strategic Influence: Provide direct input into the company’s strategic direction and navigate "uncharted waters" to avoid technical pitfalls.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and version control (Git).
  • Proficiency in prototyping and experimentation using Cursor, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.
  • A proven understanding of visual design, typography, and responsive, cross-platform development.
  • Strong debugging skills and the ability to autonomously troubleshoot complex environments.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Design, Digital Media, or completion of a relevant coding bootcamp.

Preferred

  • You don’t just use AI; you know how to apply prompt and context engineering to tackle unique design challenges.
  • You are naturally curious and take action—whether building custom Python/Bash scripts or exploring new SDD frameworks.
  • You navigate fluently between creative brainstorming and engineering logic, acting as the "connective tissue" for the team.
  • You value speed-to-feedback, prototyping ideas quickly to gather data, and iterating until the solution is best-in-class.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake or similar data analytics software and experience in vertical markets like finance, healthcare, CPG, or retail.
