Responsibilities

• Provides senior strategic leadership across the GENICOS business.
• Oversees integrated strategy across multiple brands, stakeholders, and workstreams.
• Establishes high standards for strategic quality, integration, and effectiveness.
• Connects strategic thinking to client success, business growth, and market differentiation.
• Develops strategic talent and supports capability-building across teams.
• Serves as a trusted strategic advisor to senior clients and agency leadership.
• The VP Group Director will oversee strategic quality, lead cross-disciplinary integration, support business growth initiatives, mentor strategic talent, and build strong partnerships with senior clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced business degree
• 12+ years of experience in strategy, planning, healthcare communications, OCX/customer experience, or related disciplines
• Demonstrated success leading integrated strategic functions across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence executive clients and senior leadership teams.
• Experience managing complex business portfolios and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while balancing strategic excellence with evolving business needs.

Preferred

• Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industries; therapeutic experience in rare oncology / rare disease.
• Agency experience leading integrated strategic teams.
• Expertise across Brand Strategy and CX/Omnichannel Strategy.
• Experience supporting large-scale business growth initiatives and new business opportunities.
