Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Film on-site at automotive repair shops, meeting the owner, service advisor, lead tech, and customers.
  • Tell the shop’s story in a way that makes the right person stop scrolling, watch the whole thing, and pick up the phone.
  • Capture testimonials from real customers in their own words, unscripted and believable.
  • Document the culture of the shop—the pride, the craft, the inside jokes, the family feel—and present it to the local community.
  • Run paid advertising across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, targeting specific zip codes, neighborhoods, and demographics.
  • Build lookalike audiences from the client’s existing customer base.
  • Rotate content monthly and track metrics such as phone calls, messages, and watch-through rates.
  • Optimize campaigns continually; stay involved with clients beyond delivery.
  • Produce upwards of twenty-four to thirty or more pieces of content every month across the active client base.
  • Incorporate self-generated footage from tools like Meta Glasses to create a continuous stream of authentic content.

Preferred

  • Background in video editing with emphasis on storytelling and moment understanding.
  • Operations or systems thinking experience.
  • Client success or project management experience.
