Job Summary
Own end-to-end social content for an elevated apparel brand, focusing on authentic storytelling that drives reach and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Content ownership: ideate, plan, and calendar 5+ short-form videos per week
- Creator/UGC coordination: source authentic moments and behind-the-scenes content
- Performance-driven publishing: monitor trends, review weekly results, and push brand storytelling opportunities
Job Description
- Content ideation and planning aligned with brand voice and business goals
- Short-form content creation (filming, editing, and basic graphics)
- Managing a weekly content calendar
- Coordinating with creators, customers, and ambassadors to source additional content
- Publishing and scheduling content across platforms
- Monitoring trends and identifying opportunities relevant to the brand
- Weekly performance reviews with recommendations and next steps
- Working closely with the Steel City team to capture product launches, campaigns, and brand stories
- Minimum of 5 short-form videos per week
