Own end-to-end project delivery for creative, content, and digital work in an agency setting, coordinating timelines, resources, and risk management to keep campaigns moving.

Ownership: manage multiple concurrent projects from brief to delivery across internal and client stakeholders.
Workflow: build plans, track progress in Asana, and keep the team aligned to scope and budget.
Quality & risk: proactively identify risks, mitigate issues, and provide regular stakeholder updates.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage multiple concurrent creative development, content and digital project in a fast-paced agency
Support internal agency project execution, including building project plans and timelines, developing estimates, and driving workstream progress
Support the account team in ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and of the highest quality
Review deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality at every stage, including internal and client feedback
Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues with a focus on seeking solutions to mitigate, in partnership with the integrated team
Provide regular updates and reports to project stakeholders
Identify resources for projects and actively manage their time against approved project scope and budget
Work in Asana to efficiently operationalize the integrated team

Requirements

Availability up to 20-40 hours per week during Q2 and Q3 2026
5+ years minimum of creative project management experience; agency experience required
Experience working on creative development, content and digital projects
Proficiency in Asana
Expert problem-solver who anticipates needs and finds solutions
Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, from brief through delivery
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
