At Catalyst, our work spans paid media, brand campaigns, and web experiences - so we need designers who can balance strong visual thinking with performance and iteration. To support that, we’re building a roster of designers who we can bring into client projects on an ongoing basis.

Who we’re looking for:

• Performance Designers (paid social creative, testing + iteration)
• Brand / Visual Designers (campaign systems, key visuals, identity)
• Digital Designers (web, landing pages, UI layouts)
• Motion Designers / Editors (short-form video, cutdowns, light motion)

Typical work includes:

• Paid social creative (static, story, carousel)
• Landing page and website designs
• Logo and brand brand guideline development
• Campaign visual systems and key art
• Banner sets and template systems
• Motion graphics and short-form edits

You’re a good fit if:

• You understand what makes creative convert, not just look good
• You’re comfortable iterating quickly based on performance
• You can work within systems and brand constraints
• You’re reliable and easy to collaborate with
