Responsibilities

• Develop foundational brand assets, including logos, complete visual identities, and comprehensive color schemes
• Create, systematically organize, and deliver necessary variations of core brand elements
• Act as the strict gatekeeper for brand consistency across all internal and external materials, including pitch decks and social media kits
• Build scalable, long-lasting visual systems that align with modern design standards
• Enforce design quality through cross-platform validation, ensuring brand aesthetics translate flawlessly across both digital and print mediums

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is desirable
• A strong portfolio heavily focused on brand identity creation, logo design, and comprehensive brand guidelines. We are looking for specialists with a deep understanding of how core branding translates seamlessly across different digital and print mediums. A strategic, detail-obsessed approach and the ability to work independently to build long-lasting visual systems are essential.
• Technical Skills (Essential): Brand Identity Creation: Expertise in building foundational assets from scratch, including scalable logos, distinct color palettes, and typography systems
• Design Tools: Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma for crafting and managing core design assets
• Cross-Medium Adaptation: Proven ability to translate brand DNA perfectly across varied formats, from digital social media kits to corporate pitch decks and print materials
• Brand System Architecture: Strong organizational skills to develop clear brand guidelines, style guides, and structured asset libraries for wider team use
• English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required)
• A strategic, detail-obsessed mindset focused on long-term brand equity
• Strong dedication to visual consistency and functioning as a true brand gatekeeper
• Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot independently and deliver high-quality assets

Preferred

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or related creative fields is a plus
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is desirable
