Job Summary

Own the seasonal planning workflow and cross‑functional alignment for brand partnerships, creative briefs, and content timelines that feed marketing plans across channels.

  • Seasonal planning and cross‑functional governance: manage calendars, priorities, and weekly meetings to keep brand initiatives in sync with creative and product timelines.
  • Content and creative alignment: drive briefs from insights to assets that adhere to brand guidelines and external collaboration rules.
  • Tooling and process optimization: own pre‑season timelines and ongoing use of Monday.com and Edited to improve planning efficiency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Planning Support and Marketing Plan Development
  • Assist Brand team in building seasonal briefs by gathering hindsights and customer insights
  • Build out and maintain seasonal planning documents including seasonal marketing plans, supplemental imagery plans, cross-functional shareback, and marketing sizzle decks
  • Organize product and marketing priorities of the season
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect information on brand partnerships and collaborations for content alignment with brand guidelines
  • Support additional brief needs for special projects within a season
  • Manage timelines and tactics in Monday.com for creative and copy teams
  • Manage pre-season timelines for planning deliverables including content capture and imagery requests
  • Assist with agendas for pre-season planning meetings
  • Own weekly cross-functional meetings as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of retail or agency marketing experience
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Familiar with project management tools such as Monday.com
  • Technology forward mindset, open to learning new tools and integrating into team processes
  • Knowledge of marketing best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity
  • Ability to independently work with business partners to prioritize day-to-day tasks
  • Effective in formal presentation settings with peers and leaders
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
