Responsibilities

• The Manager, Marketing leads the General Marketing team by defining objectives, priorities and deadlines required to meet short term goals and objectives.
• Is responsible for the success of each team member.
• Typically manages the work efforts of supervisors/individual contributors.
• Manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of a specific marketing channel.
• Develop and maintain the channel's editorial calendar and content plan.
• Set and monitor channel-specific KPIs (e.g., open rates, engagement, CPC).
• Approve all channel content and creatives before launch.
• Manage the channel's budget and monthly spend pacing.
• Conduct A/B tests on creative, copy, and audience targeting.
• Analyze channel performance data and report insights to senior managers.

Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 8+ years
• Education: Bachelor's Degree
