Responsibilities

• Own product marketing end-to-end. Figure out which features deserve a launch moment, craft the messaging, coordinate with eng and our videographer to ship launch videos and content, and keep that cadence going week after week
• Build and run an intimate events program for marketing leaders and founders. Dinners, roundtables, whatever gets the right people in the room feeling like they matter. You own it from concept to guest list to follow-up
• Act as Bennett's #2 on growth. This isn't a "run the playbook" role. It's a "build the playbook while sprinting" role
• Drive top-of-funnel growth for Maintouch itself. Create content, publish industry reports, and build the narratives that make us the obvious voice in the space
• Own and execute growth experiments end-to-end. Hypothesis to launch to learnings at the pace we ship product
• Build out our agency partnership arm and general partnership motions. Source, structure, and manage relationships that drive distribution
• Talk to customers constantly. Understand what's working, what's not, and feed insights back into everything we do
• Build lightweight systems and playbooks so experiments that work become repeatable motions
• Fill gaps, unblock problems, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks as we scale
