Role Overview

We’re looking for a Founding Community Intern to help build and scale the Catalyst community from the ground up.

This is not a passive internship—you will play a direct role in shaping the early ecosystem around Catalyst, working closely with the founding team.

What You’ll Do

• Help plan and execute curated events and experiences (both in-person and virtual)
• Support sourcing and onboarding of founders, operators, and investors
• Build relationships across the startup and tech ecosystem
• Contribute to strategies that grow and engage the Catalyst community
• Act as a connector between members, partners, and the Catalyst team

What we're seeking

• Highly motivated and proactive—someone who takes initiative without being told
• Interested in startups, venture capital, or finance
• Strong communicator who enjoys meeting new people
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Bonus: experience with events, communities, or campus organizations
