NXT LVL is building the next generation platform for youth athletes.

Our platform brings together recruiting tools, performance data, and athlete development resources in one place so players and clubs can make smarter decisions and track real progress.

Founded by a Division I athlete who experienced the challenges of the recruiting process firsthand, NXT LVL is designed to make college recruiting and elite development more accessible and organized for athletes and families.

The platform integrates performance analytics, recruiting workflows, sports nutrition, mental performance, and development tracking. Our goal is to give athletes the same infrastructure used at elite levels of sport.

We are starting with soccer and plan to expand across multiple sports.

Our mission is simple: help athletes train smarter, track progress, and reach the next level without guesswork.

Founding Content Team Member (Remote Internship)

As a Founding Content Team Member, you will help shape the voice and early growth of NXT LVL.

This role is ideal for students or athletes interested in sports marketing, media, and startup growth. You will work directly with the founding team to create and distribute content that educates and engages athletes, clubs, and families navigating the recruiting process.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating content for social media and digital platforms

• Contributing ideas for marketing campaigns and athlete education content

• Helping communicate the NXT LVL mission and platform vision

• Researching recruiting insights, athlete development topics, and industry trends

• Supporting early brand and community growth

Qualifications

We are looking for motivated individuals who are curious, reliable, and excited about sports and innovation.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working inside an early-stage sports technology startup.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Interest in sports, athlete development, or recruiting

• Ability to work independently in a remote team environment

• Organized and comfortable managing projects or deadlines

• Interest in marketing, media, or brand building

• Experience creating content (social media, video, writing, etc.) is a plus.

Students pursuing degrees in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, Media, or Business are encouraged to apply, though all motivated applicants will be considered.
