Job Summary
Own community events and Flyers Charities programs with hands-on prep, on-site support, and cross‑department coordination to drive visibility and engagement.
- Charitable Events: assist prep, day-of setup, and cleanup for key events.
- Game Nights & Community Presence: set up, promote, and engage crowds at Flyers home games
- Administrative & Cross-Department Collaboration: support days, transport, mail and inquiries, and partner on projects
Job Description
- Charitable Events: Assist in the preparation of events, including Gritty 5K, Flyers Charities Carnival, Casino Night, and other community events.
- Charitable Events: Assist with day-of event set-up, troubleshooting, and clean-up of events.
- Marketing: Assist in tracking social media analytics.
- Marketing: Assist with tracking visibility of events and large fundraisers.
- Marketing: Assist with copy writing for social media.
- Game Nights: Set-up and organize Community Corner during Flyers home games.
- Game Nights: Organize, promote, and sell Mystery Pucks at Flyers home games.
- Game Nights: Promote charitable efforts and events during Flyers home games.
- Game Nights: Be a face of Flyers Charities to answer questions about Charities initiatives.
- Administrative: Assist with signing days and transportation of items to and from Flyers Training Center.
