Job Description
How you'll make an impact in this role:
- Design and lead customized fitness programs and inclusive group exercise classes that empower diverse patient populations to achieve their unique health and recovery goals.
- Educate and inspire the broader community by developing, marketing, and presenting engaging wellness lectures that promote lifelong healthy habits.
- Guide participants through comprehensive fitness instruction, helping them clearly connect physical exercise to their overall health and wellness journeys.
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and high-functioning fitness center by overseeing equipment upkeep and ensuring all members are confidently and safely trained on proper usage.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
- Education or Certification: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science OR an active, accredited Certificate in Personal Training
