We are currently seeking a Financial Wellbeing Curriculum and Content Manager to join our organization. As a Financial Wellbeing Curriculum and Content Manage, you will be responsible for developing, delivering and continuous improvement of financial wellbeing presentations, curriculum, courses, and digital learning experiences for K–12, higher education, Select Employer Groups (SEGs), and community partners. You will build and maintains interactive learning materials, administers online financial education systems, and manages course resources used across multiple audiences and platforms. You will oversee program evaluation through surveys, data analysis, and reporting to support continuous improvement, grant compliance, and organizational decision-making.
What You'll Do:

Provides technical and instructional support for online tools, dual-credit and college curriculum alignment, and prepares Ambassadors through training and cross-departmental partnership to advance Nusenda’s mission of financial capability and wellbeing.
What You'll Need:
- Five to eight years of similar or related experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Communications, Instructional Design or related field
Key Skills and Experience:
- Experience in K–12 or adult education and ability to create learning‑outcome‑based instructional materials.
- Proficient use of online education tools and LMS platforms, to support linguistically and economically diverse communities, and apply accessibility and digital youth safeguarding standards.
- Strong problem‑solving, organization, and data analysis skills are essential.
- Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information and handle problem resolution.

Oversees proper documentation including attendance, enrollment, survey results, facilitator records, and platform usage data.

Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate.
