We are seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to join our Finance team in Glenwood, MN. This role plays a key part in supporting both our U.S. operations and our growing global footprint.
In this position, you will partner across the organization to deliver accurate financial reporting, support compliance efforts, and provide insights that help drive business decisions. You will also be involved in financial analysis, reporting, audits, and month-end close activities making a direct impact on the organization’s financial health and strategic direction.
Location: Glenwood, MN (Hybrid –2 or 3 days onsite)
In this role you will be responsible for:
Financial Reporting
Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including consolidated reporting
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data
Perform variance analysis and communicate key findings
Financial Analysis
Analyze expenses against budget and forecast, identifying trends and cost-saving opportunities
Prepare ad-hoc reports and financial insights for leadership
Evaluate financial impacts of system or process changes
Review revenue, cost of goods sold, and commissions for accuracy in reporting
Treasury
Support bank reconciliations across multiple systems
Assist with cash forecasting and daily cash monitoring
Compliance & Audit
Ensure adherence to GAAP and other regulatory requirements (domestic and global)
Assist with external audits by preparing and providing required documentation
Maintain business licenses, registrations, and required filings (including unclaimed property reporting)
Tax
Support preparation and filing of local, state, federal, and international tax returns
Stay informed on regulatory changes to maintain compliance
Insurance & Additional Support
Assist with annual insurance renewals and ongoing needs
Support integrated or acquired businesses with financial reporting, consolidation, and cash management
Contribute to additional finance initiatives and projects as needed

Education and/or Experience
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field with 2–3 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Required: Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management with 3+ years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Working knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and technical accounting practices

Advanced proficiency in Excel, including building worksheets for analysis and reporting
Computer Skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis)
Experience with accounting systems and financial reporting tools
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and work with a variety of variables in situations with limited standardization
Ability to interpret and apply instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
