As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Controller to join our team and help drive our financial success.

We are looking for a dedicated Controller to manage all aspects of our financial operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of our startup. The Controller will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support our growth and strategic objectives.

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data and resolve any discrepancies.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop realistic and achievable budgets.
• Provide ongoing financial forecasting to support decision-making and resource allocation.

Internal Controls and Compliance:

• Establish and maintain effective internal control processes to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Audit Coordination:

• Collaborate with external auditors and tax professionals during annual audits, reviews, and tax filings.
• Prepare audit schedules and assist in resolving audit findings.

Financial Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic planning and decision-making.

Cash Management:

• Manage cash flow to ensure the company has sufficient funds to meet its operational and financial obligations.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Strategic Financial Planning:

• Work with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's growth and goals.
• Provide financial guidance on investment decisions and capital allocation.

Financial Systems and Technology:

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial software and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

Communication:

• Prepare financial reports and presentations for meetings.
• Communicate financial performance and results effectively.

Risk Management:

• Identify and assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, including insurance and risk management plans.

Process Improvement:

• Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• ears of experience in financial management.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
• Team player with a strong sense of integrity and ethics.

Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday

Pay: $85,000 annually plus monthly bonus potnetial
