Responsibilities

• Walk throughout event areas and actively approach attendees
• Engage community members in friendly, enthusiastic conversations
• Encourage participants to record a quick 5–6 second video
• Help create awareness and conversation around climate action
• Represent the campaign professionally at festivals, markets, community events, and other activations
• Work with your team to meet engagement and participation goals

Requirements

• Outgoing and confident approaching and speaking with new people
• Energetic and comfortable being on your feet and walking for the duration of a 4–6 hour shift
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Self-motivated and willing to actively engage rather than wait for people to approach
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Preferred

• Brand ambassador, promotional, event, outreach, sales, or customer-facing experience is preferred, but not required
