Overview
The Field Services team is responsible for all aspects of physician participation on unique medical marketing research protocols. This includes the recruitment, on-boarding, and retention of participating physicians. The Field services team is also responsible for the recruitment of research participants to various market research studies.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
  • Recruiting and accurately gathering information for Physicians across multiple panels by therapeutic class including working with outside recruiting vendors;
  • Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of physician materials to allow for study participation;
  • Building and maintaining excellent physician relationships through frequent and timely communications via phone and email;
  • Working with Research and Business Development to establish and set up physician quotas for specific patient types;
  • Ensuring clear communications to participating physicians regarding patient quotas;
  • Responding to any questions or problems from participating or recruited physicians;
  • Ensuring that physicians are providing timely and accurate data;
  • Interacting with internal Verilogue Research personnel to enable the delivery of superior products and services to our clients;
  • Performing other administrative support duties as assigned/Executive Management support;
  • Advise Business Development and Research on potential studies - fielding, timelines, costs, feasibility, etc.;
  • Field/manage various qualitative studies (TDIs, Video Diaries, In-House/In-Office Interviews, etc.) with patients and HCPs;
  • Manage recruitment vendor relationships.
  • Leverage AI tools, including prompt development and agent-based workflows, to improve individual job performance, streamline field services processes, and enhance overall department effectiveness.
Qualifications
Key Competencies
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are required;
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to prioritize and oversee complex processes is essential;
  • Strong organizational and relationship building skills are required;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while hitting strict deadlines;
  • Ability to suggest and implement new and innovative changes to improve processes and procedures;
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
  • Comfortable experimenting with emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, prompt development, and workflow agents, to improve personal productivity and team performance.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum four (4) year degree required, with 0 – 2 years of experience in a professional business environment;
  • History of interacting with medical professionals a plus;
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry or specific health-related conditions a plus.

Compensation Range: USD $40,280.00 - USD $53,445.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
