• Participating in ongoing leadership coaching and development
• Building the skills needed to advance into Field Marketing Management
• You are not responsible for closing the sale. Your focus is creating the opportunity, generating appointments, and helping your team perform.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation is required.

Preferred

• Experience in canvassing, door-to-door sales, field marketing, direct sales, retail leadership, hospitality, promotions, or team leadership is preferred.
• Leadership potential, energy, accountability, competitiveness, and the ability to connect with people.
• Naturally confident and comfortable talking to people you’ve never met.
• You’re competitive and enjoy working toward measurable goals.
• You like being the person others look to for energy, direction, and accountability.
