Responsibilities

• Internal & Customer Communications
• - Develop and execute internal communications and newsletters to keep sales, marketing, and leadership teams informed of key programs, events, and initiatives.
• - Create customer-facing invitations, email campaigns, event communications, and follow-up messaging.
• - Support executive communications and presentation development for internal and external audiences.
• - Ensure consistency of messaging, branding, and communications across North America marketing programs.
• - Develop field-ready assets and toolkits to enable Sales teams before, during, and after events
• Cross-Segment Program Management
• - Coordinate and manage strategic North America marketing programs that span multiple sales segments and teams.
• - Drive project timelines, stakeholder communications, and deliverables across field marketing initiatives.
• - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Field Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, event management, program management, lead management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead management processes, and sales alignment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Highly collaborative with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, or similar tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and reporting tools.

Preferred

• Experience supporting sales organizations and B2B marketing programs is highly desirable.
• Photoshop, Canva or other design application experience a plus.
