Drive BathWorks’ on-site event marketing by generating leads and scheduling consultations.

Execute in-person campaigns at home shows, festivals, and retail events

Job Description

Responsibilities

Execute in-person marketing campaigns at home shows, festivals, and retail events
Engage with homeowners and build interest in our services
Generate and qualify leads through conversation
Schedule in-home consultations using a proven process
Support event setup and brand presentation
Represent BathWorks with energy, professionalism, and consistency

Requirements

Strong communication skills and natural people skills
Driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance
Interest in marketing, brand promotion, or sales
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Able to lift 20–30 lbs for event setup
Available 10–20 hours per week (Wednesday through Sunday)
Open to traveling to regional events (Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Muskegon, Traverse City, Midland)
