Responsibilities

• Distribute informational flyers describing the services available through Escritorio Público Hispano
• Provide general information to members of the public about the types of services our office helps coordinate
• Inform interested individuals about our office location and how they can visit to receive additional information
• Conduct in-person marketing and community outreach in public areas such as commercial districts and areas near public service offices
• Represent the business in a professional and respectful manner while interacting with the public
• Maintain a friendly and professional attitude when speaking with potential customers

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with people in public settings
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Professional and respectful demeanor
• Reliable and responsible

Preferred

• Previous experience in marketing, event marketing, or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Comfortable working outdoors or in various environments, often standing or walking for extended periods
