Own the local field outreach that seeds painting projects by meeting homeowners door-to-door, building relationships, and converting conversations into qualified leads and consultations, while feeding field feedback into smarter lead-gen tweaks.

Field Marketing: Represent the brand in Denver neighborhoods and drive lead generation.
Lead Qualification: Qualify painting estimates and book consultations with homeowners.
Feedback & Optimization: Capture trends from outreach and inform improvements to the lead-gen approach.

Job Description

Visit neighborhoods where projects are underway to increase brand visibility
Engage homeowners through door-to-door conversations and community outreach
Generate and qualify leads for painting estimates and consultations
Represent Panoramic Pro Painting professionally in local communities
Distribute marketing materials and promote company services
Track outreach activity and maintain accurate notes in CRM systems
Identify trends, provide feedback, and help improve lead generation strategies
Build positive relationships with homeowners and prospective customers

Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people
Comfortable with door knocking and community engagement
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally throughout the Denver area
Ability to commit to a minimum of 12+ hours per week
Self-motivation and willingness to work independently
Resilience and a positive attitude when handling rejection
Basic comfort with technology (CRM systems, spreadsheets, apps, AI tools, etc.)
Sales, canvassing, retail, hospitality, customer service, or marketing experience preferred — but not required
