Responsibilities

• Speaking with customers and learning what they need
• Introducing products and services in a clear and engaging way
• Representing client brands with confidence and professionalism
• Supporting live events and retail marketing campaigns
• Answering customer questions and providing product information
• Contributing toward customer acquisition and sales goals
• Working with your team to improve campaign performance
• Learning new skills through regular coaching and feedback

Requirements

• No Experience? No Problem.
• All training is provided on site and covers:
• Client and product knowledge
• Customer communication
• Field marketing systems
• Sales techniques
• Campaign operations
• Goal setting and performance
• Leadership and team development

Preferred

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, events, sports, sales or marketing can be helpful, but it is not required.
