Responsibilities

• You'll walk through assigned neighborhoods, talking with homeowners, booking free basement and foundation inspections.
• You won't sell anything or give quotes. You simply start the conversation, book the lead, and our inspection team takes it from there.

Requirements

• No experience is needed. We train you, pay you while you learn, and you'll work directly under a Field Marketing Manager who has built teams like this before.
• This is an outdoor year-round role that involves approaching homeowners and handling rejection. Are you comfortable with that?

Preferred

• Background in restaurants, retail, coaching, sports, the military, or any customer-facing job helps, but it isn't required.
