Job Summary

Own local event-driven outreach in CT, carving out community partnerships and brand presence for legal services; manage on-site event logistics and weekly reporting, while flexible part-time hours drive field marketing at the neighborhood level.

  • Event Discovery & Partnerships: build local event network and referral partners.
  • On-site Representation & Logistics: attend events evenings/weekends, lead coordination with 1-2 teammates.
  • Measurement & Scheduling: track success and provide weekly updates; flexible schedule and travel across CT.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Event Research & Scouting: Proactively identify, research, and evaluate local events, community gatherings, and networking opportunities throughout Connecticut.
  • Relationship Building: Identify and connect with potential referral partners, community leaders, and local organizations.
  • Brand Representation: Attend weekly events (including evenings and weekends) to represent our firm, providing clear and accurate information about our personal injury and immigration legal services.
  • Event Coordination: Lead event logistics on-site, which may include managing and coordinating 1–2 additional team members or guests attending with you.
  • Reporting: Track event success, key contacts made, and provide brief weekly updates to the firm leadership.
  • Contract length: 3-to-6-month contract
  • Part-time: 5–15 hours/week
  • Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability is required
  • Weekly travel to various in-person events across Connecticut

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish is required
  • Ability to speak Brazilian-Portuguese is a major plus
  • Schedule Flexibility: evenings and weekends to align with community event schedules
  • Experience in field marketing, community outreach, event management, or brand ambassador roles
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with empathy
  • Autonomy: self-starter able to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
  • Logistics & Travel: reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, willingness to travel across Connecticut (mileage and event-related expenses fully covered)

Preferred

  • Ability to speak Brazilian-Portuguese is a major plus
  • Bilingual capability preferred
