Responsibilities

• Lead Management & Data Entry:
• - Enter, track, and manage leads in CRM systems.
• - Monitor lead generation activities and provide data analysis to support performance.
• Reporting, Compliance & Compensation Data:
• - Generate, build, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports (e.g., hours per event/location, lead metrics, marketing spend, ROI analysis).
• - Ensure timecard compliance and track absenteeism and tardiness for field marketing personnel.
• - Support production and maintenance of data for weekly compensation programs, including bonuses, spiffs, and contests.
• - Maintain records to ensure compliance with company policies and audit readiness.
• Employee Scheduling & Availability:
• - Track employee availability, work schedules, and shift coverage to ensure operational needs are met.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; this includes evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple audiences.
• Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and Internet proficiency.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Tactical thinking with the ability to problem-solve on-site and in real time.
• Proactive approach to process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.
