Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute targeted marketing campaigns to meet regional goals, including events, digital marketing, ABM, and email programs.
  • Manage all elements of the marketing campaign: planning, messaging, execution, logistics and reporting.
  • Design, run, and manage event-based marketing programs that drive a qualified sales pipeline independently.
  • Partner with teams to source participants, presenters, and speakers for programs.
  • Innovate and experiment with novel ways to engage our audience.
  • Support follow up activities with the Sales team and report on ROI and iterations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure positioning, messaging, goals, and tactics are achieved.
  • Manage event and direct mail logistics and develop regional vendors.
  • Grow the prospect database of addressable leads within the region.
  • Rally cross-functional resources to drive interest and registrations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years + of marketing programs experience with 1-2 years building ABM campaigns including events and webinars.
  • Hustle and ownership; adaptable and able to own a program and take it to the next level.
  • Experience running multiple programs simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Flawless task management skills and a focus on quality.
  • Experience engaging senior business buyers at every funnel stage over long sales cycles.
  • Track record of success in field marketing campaigns and partner collaboration.
  • Data-driven mindset with a rigorous process for testing, measuring and optimizing programs.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with an email/marketing automation platform preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS/Martech industry is preferred.
