Job Description

Drive field marketing programs for a B2B industrial software company, planning events and regional activations to generate pipeline.

  • Plan and execute events, managing logistics, budgets, and post-event performance analysis.
  • Develop and run ABM webinars for existing and potential clients, ensuring tailored content that aligns with their needs and drives engagement.
  • Lead regional marketing programs, including trade shows, industry events, and field activations, to drive customer engagement and pipeline growth.
  • Partner with Sales to identify key accounts and opportunities for targeted field marketing initiatives.
  • Work with Product Marketing and Content teams to customize messaging and marketing assets for regional campaigns.
  • Analyze field marketing performance, leveraging insights to optimize future activations.
  • Build relationships with industry associations and event organizers to secure sponsorships and speaking opportunities.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution of marketing activations.
  • 3-5 proven experience in B2B field marketing, event management, or trade show execution, preferably in industrial or technical industries.
  • Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense to ensure events are visually appealing and align with brand standards.
  • Willingness to travel for events and on-site activations.
  • ABM Certification
  • Familiarity with predictive maintenance, IoT, or related industrial technology.
  • Experience managing sponsorships, speaker engagements, and conference partnerships.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM, and data analytics platforms.
  • Ability to develop creative, experiential marketing strategies to drive customer engagement.
