Responsibilities

• You're out in the field, in the fresh air, talking to real people — not stuck at a desk
• You spot potential storm damage and set homeowners up with a free inspection
• You book appointments for our inspection crew and keep the momentum rolling
• You bring the energy, the hustle, and the good attitude — we handle the rest

Requirements

• Have reliable wheels and a valid driver's license
• Have ZERO experience — seriously. Retail, serving, bartending, sports, sales? You'll fit right in. We teach you everything.

• Light up a room (or a front porch) and love talking to people
