Job Summary

Own end-to-end field marketing for events, coordinating logistics, travel, partner collaboration, and post-show campaigns, while driving lead capture and cross-team promotion.

  • Manage on-site event logistics, lead capture, and post-show follow-ups with marketing and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with Reseller Channel Sales and Growth Marketing to maximize booth presence, content, and social outreach.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Meet with AEs bi-weekly to discuss plans for field and/or with the channel
  • Research events, define a scorecard/goals for each event in collaboration with AE.
  • Own end-to-end event logistics and coordination.
  • Travel to events (when reasonable) to do setup and tear down of booths and support AE.
  • Identify and collaborate with partners (in collaboration with Reseller Channel Sales) at events for shared booth space or providing software for other booths to have a greater presence at each event.
  • Manage onsite lead capture processes and ensure timely sync with the Hubspot for high intent SQLs.
  • Inventory and distribute marketing collateral, and promotional "swag."
  • Create content during events to promote on socials (photos, videos, testimonials, etc)
  • Manage budget for field & reseller activities
  • Work with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager on outbound campaigns tied to events (pre- and post-show follow-ups)

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Field Marketing Manager.
  • You're energetic, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Willing and able to travel, including spending multiple weeks on the road attending consecutive industry events and trade shows.
  • Comfortable managing the demands of frequent travel, changing schedules, and back-to-back events while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Thrives in highly interactive environments and enjoys representing the company at events and engaging with prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
