Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced, highly collaborative marketer to own the field marketing strategy and execution across a defined regional territory (North Carolina, Tennessee, Missouri, Kansas, New Mexico, and Puerto Rico).
This role brings the Caesars Sportsbook brand to life on the ground-activating sports sponsorships, retail sportsbooks, and cultural moments that drive brand connection and commercial performance.
The manager serves as the regional expert, understanding market nuances, competitive dynamics, growth headwinds, and opportunities, and converts that insight into high‑impact, hyper‑local marketing strategies.
