Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Field Marketing Intern role based in Montclair, NJ. The Field Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of local marketing initiatives designed to increase brand visibility, strengthen community presence, and drive customer engagement. Responsibilities include assisting with field activations, outreach efforts, lead generation, content support, and relationship-building with local organizations and customers. This role offers hands-on exposure to both the strategic and executional side of marketing within a growing hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Can commute to the following locations: Princeton, Montclair, and Parsippanny, NJ
• Proficiency in Market Planning and Field Marketing strategies
• Experience with Lead Generation and driving customer interest
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Knowledge of Sales processes and an ability to support sales initiatives is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for creating excellent customer experiences
• Pursuing or recently obtained a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
