Job Summary

Own events and campaigns that connect prospects to Celonis through live and virtual experiences, with data-informed decisions and tight sales alignment.

Own events calendar and execution for industry events, roundtables, Celonis-hosted webinars, and related campaigns.
Coordinate seasonal direct mail, digital ads, landing pages, and email copy to support demand and pipeline.
Analyze campaign performance data to inform next steps and optimize ROI for events and campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Research and select key industry events and roundtable events for participation
Support the development and execution of seasonal direct mail campaigns
Gather and analyze campaign performance data to help us make informed business decisions
Support the execution of Celonis-hosted events and webinars to reach potential customers and existing customers
Support the development and execution of internal communication plans to our sales and business development team
Support the creation of digital ads, landing page and email copy

Requirements

Current Bachelor’s/Master’s student in marketing, corporate communications, public relations, or other related degree
Ability to work up to 25 hours per week during business hours
You are highly organized and self-motivated with excellent time and project management skills
You can successfully manage multiple projects at the same time without losing attention to detail
You have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact and present to both customers and senior management

Preferred

Prior internship experience is a plus
Experience with event management is also a plus
