Responsibilities

• The role: As an intern on the marketing team, your role will be to support the planning, creation, and execution of marketing activities by supporting events, reporting, internal communication, and content.
• Examples of the work you could:
• - Research and select key industry events and roundtable events for participation
• - Support the development and execution of seasonal direct mail campaigns
• - Gather and analyze campaign performance data to help us make informed business decisions
• - Support the execution of Celonis-hosted events and webinars to reach potential customers and existing customers
• - Support the development and execution of internal communication plans to our sales and business development team
• - Support the creation of digital ads, landing page and email copy

Requirements

• Current Bachelor’s/Master’s student in marketing, corporate communications, public relations, or other related degree
• Ability to work up to 25 hours per week during business hours
• You are highly organized and self-motivated with excellent time and project management skills
• You can successfully manage multiple projects at the same time without losing attention to detail
• You have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact and present to both customers and senior management
• Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role

Preferred

• Prior internship experience is a plus
• Experience with event management is also a plus
