Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and manage weekly Brand Ambassador schedules across multiple dispensary partners
Coordinate trainings, pop-ups, demos, and field support directly with dispensary teams
Help organize and support local events and brand activations
Coordinate marketing drops, materials, and field assets
Keep communication flowing between sales, marketing, and field teams
Support day-to-day field execution so nothing slips through the cracks
Help ensure every activation feels organized, professional, and on-brand
Solve problems quickly when priorities shift

Requirements

Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Clear and confident communicator
Able to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum
Naturally proactive and solutions-oriented
Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
Positive, reliable, and team-focused

Preferred
