Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Field Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across the Camping World organization.
  • This individual serves as a key liaison between the centralized marketing team and local dealerships, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned, efficient, and impactful.
  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while collaborating cross-functionally to support sales, service, and retail growth.
  • Local Dealership Support
  • Review and vet local sponsorship, advertising and community partnership opportunities
  • Support the creation of local advertising, including radio scripts, OOH, print ads, and promotional materials
  • Ensure all local marketing efforts adhere to brand guidelines and messaging standards
  • Support communication of National Campaigns in alignment with corporate marketing team
  • Marketing Request Management
  • Monitor and manage incoming marketing requests from dealership & cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or administrative marketing support
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
  • Experience managing budgets, invoices, or financial processes preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing or project management tools is a plus
